Adobe - out of software?

I ordered the CS5 Masters Collection upgrade over a week ago. I called up customer support to see why I hadn't received it by the "Expected Arrival Date" arrival date.
They said it is status pending because they may have run out of stock.
How is this possible?

Apparently - I told the customer service rep that it is impossible that they have run out of boxes of their new release. Put me back on hold, I bet they are burning more while I wait.

happened to me too, i won cs5 design premium in a competition and had to wait a month for it to arrive.

Hmmmm... my most used new feature is the content aware fill and obviously the performance increases

Remember it is also back to school time, and it is also time when companies (including mine) have budged kicked in for new machines and software. Im getting CS5 design collection at work this week.
