they bought Macromedia in 2005 and everythting went downhill. They act like douchebags.

I ordered CS5 for our office more than 2 months ago and have yet to receive it.
The site just said the order was pending, so about 3 weeks ago I called them and was told the credit card transaction had actually been declined, yet no one had told us this? Epic fail of their online system and customer service. So we sorted it all out and, still waiting.

I've been buying and upgrading the box sets for years (Macromedia Studio / Design Collection on). I guess I should move on to buying the download, but I like having the box and the extra goodies they have come with in the past.
