i think the design of the website is overpowering, and hurting most of your work.
- oh, and there are no consistant pop up sizes? Some are huge, some are teenyBaths
- yeah, a lot of the art was drum scanned from canvas and touched on screen, so keeping a consistent size was pretty much impossible, but I agree with you.puffydiddy

Saying "professional" portfolio sounds desperate, and 15 years experience? Somehow I am left confused...

I am sorry but I don't like it. Sorry. Make it simple.
- Agree, far to over designed badly, and organic grid my arse, just looks badly out together for someone of 15 years exp.grafisk

yeah, i would agree with the comments on the overall site design—it's very dressed up for a portfolio site. you do a lot of web design, but no need to go all out in photoshop for your own site, since it's the work that matters most.

Is anyone building entire Flash anymore?

Stone Coker....you were destined to be a druggie

Yeah thanks, I've never heard that before.

Thanks dbloc, I didn't think so with all the new devices not supporting Flash, is there any truth to apps that will convert Flash to some other language that's viewable?

Your canvas work is cool, but your site just doesn't do it justice. Personally, I'd redo the site entirely. For the kind of job that it sounds like you're looking for (i.e. some place in marketing), I'd keep it really simple.
Also, use less work in your portfolio. You have some decent stuff in there but at the same time you have pieces in there that aren't good and just make the rest look bad. Pick your 6 best pieces for each category (or less) and get rid of the rest.
What's also a bit off is your objective. The stuff in your objective just doesn't match the stuff I'm looking at in your site. It sounds like you're a more of an analytics person that a designer (ecommerce, email marketing, visitor profile statistics, visual spec docs, examining analytics), yet you have the site of a college grad out of design school (artwork and websites).
I'd trash that footer bar with the social media stuff. Maybe put some of those things in the contact section.

Hey, I noticed on your site it said you were Art Director for HomeGrocer back in the day? Did you ever work with the CEO, Terry Drayton? I used to know him pretty well.
- puffydiddy0
I worked under Terry, yes, good guy. what's he doing these days?
Thanks for your feedback bom1978
- I haven't seen him recently. He started a few different companies in the Seattle area since the HomeGrocer thing.ukit
- Terry is Canadian correct? I know Ken the storefront Pres. was Canadian.puffydiddy
- Ya they are both Canadianukit

ukit, you know they restarted HomeGrocer in Los Angeles somewhere, the Peach still exists.
- So I heard...of course it was all before my time since I was in college during the original dot comukit
