I've heard a lot of bad things about Dubai (but some good things too... mostly around insane architecture and money).
What do you like about Dubai? Maybe we're all wrong and it'd be a great fit. What are you looking for in general with this move? Between the poeple on this board I think we have most countries covered and could give you other potential ideas.
