Html by hand or GUI?

I've coded(or wrote markup to be exact) everything by hand since I started. Back in 2000 or so I experimented with Dreamweaver's "design" view, but dropped it pretty quickly. I assume most people write by hand, but I suppose I could be wrong.
So, what do you do?

Actually, I barely bother with HTML.
Straight up page-sized images output fresh from photoshop is the way to go.

I started out using Dreamweaver in '98 but quickly made my way over to BBEdit and hand coding. Haven't looked back since (or opened Dreamweaver since 2002).

While there are some exceptions, chances are that designers don't know how to code unless it's through dreamweaver, and programmers will always check the source code of a website and they find out you did it with dreamweaver they will straight up point and laugh at you.

I really like Aptana .. I used to think it was too slow - but they sorted out problems in the last revision .. it's great. And it's free too.

By hand in DW.... I like DW's built in CSS editor (for the most part), file uploading, code formatting, and find/replace tools. And Design view works better to edit copy with for quick edits.

By hand, never used Dreamweaver a day in my life.
Coda is the way to go now.

Dreamweaver can suck it. Textmate on mac or Komodo edit on pc.
