I like it.
They could have easily gone for some ridiculous Flash experiment but instead have gone for something that a typical marketing exec - i.e. not a designer - can get around easily, who ultimately is their most important audience I suppose.
Are there any other big agency sites that are good?

In terms of the big agencies who have just made their portfolios site HTML this has to be the worst.
Odopod did it right, their site rocks!
Fi is nice, quality build but their design is not that unique, very clean and consistent though.
BigSpaceShip site is garbage.Companies who have made so many Flash sites seem to find it hard to pump out a good HTML site.

I thought the idea of the web is to move forward and not fall back. It's definitely a different approach to the web using html, being that this agency has flash gods, or did they. hhmmmm....

you know what. for being a "digital creative agency" it's not good enough. and to show off that your on twitter makes you look like you have no power at all. lol.
on one place you write with lower case, only. on a other place they write with upper and lower. PICK ONE.
then there's the subheads. aaaaaaaah.have you seen the "NEXT" button, its HUGE. things are a bit chunky. not very stylist.

by the way, the top nav with the main 6 titles which follows with 3 smaller ones after. that bugs me. it looks off. like they forgot to check the sizes.
