when you say "back all the way" are you stating furthest place from you or closest place right in front of you?

no, right there in front of you. he's got like a foot stomp, and two-handed crush. before he goes into either of those (he'll be looking you square in the face) use that time to take out manjini and when he starts to rear back, then hold down the fire button on him. it takes a certain amount of hits for him to 'retract' and not follow through, so you've got to perfect the manjini-to-ndesu crossover.. hehe.
also, another good time to take out manjini is right when sheva yells, "there's something wrong with him". right then you have about 3 seconds to fire at the sides before ndesu will try to tackle you.

what i'd like to know is how you got an S ranking in mercenaries. that shit was pretty hard trying to hunt down enemies to keep your combo going all while trying to grab items and not get killed.
don't know if i have the patience for this. might shelve this game for a while.

to get anything higher than an A rank in mercenaries you must do it on Duo game mode with another player. the combos can rack so many times... i find the Prison level the best and funnest. i have managed 183,000 points. if i use Safari Chris and my ally would have to be the Wesker S.T.A.R.S.

so I'm on the big cargo ship towards the end of the game and I have to battle that huge tentacle pulsating balls beast monster ... i dont have any money nor do I have a large supply of ammo ... and the beast is very difficult to kill.
any suggestions ??

- Its not a rocket launcher, its a satellite laser. Use that.ETM

give sheva the laser gun and you cover her. Then when it shoots its splooge monsters, kill them and they will drop things like ammo or gold. Meanwhile Sheva is pretty good at hitting its balls
