Manhattanhenge is a photographer's event that happens twice a year when the sunset lines up with Manhattan's street grid. It's not happening until the 28th but Grand Street isn't part of the grid most of Manhattan is on. This way, I don't have to battle crowds of photographer geeks.

Just a quick test of the new lens out in the garden. This "nifty-fifty" from Nikon is unreal. Such creamy bokeh for a budget-ish lens! Nikon Z 50mm f/1.8 S

I'm on a break right now with a couple of filmmakers scouting locations for music videos. Spent most of yesterday at the abandoned Craigforth Insurance Campus just outside Stirling. It's a huge office complex pictured above that shut down only four years ago and has been completely trashed. I took some footage which I'll share when I'm home but here's some of my pics.
