Charlie Crist isn’t just winning in the Florida Senate race. His lead is actually getting bigger. A new poll put out by the Florida Chamber of Commerce shows Crist leading Marco Rubio and Kendrick Meek 42%-31%-14%. In other words, Crist is polling well outside the four point margin of error.

On the face of it, seems like a pretty damn smart move.
Petraeus has such a good rep, especially among Republicans, that it kind of kills any criticism in turns of hurting the war effort. I guess we'll see if he really is a military genius like the media keeps saying or if Iraq was just a fluke.

The more I read the Vanity Fair article Ponyboy posted above and look at the comments that follow it in the post above, the more Ponyboy is full of shit. Patraeus was the boss of bosses at Centcom, you say things like "hire him back", "brought this guy back", "the left hired him back".
The guy was the boss of McChrystal, Kevin. He was not "brought back" from anywhere. You argue your arguments many times from a place that just does not exist in reality. Why I bother to argue with you is a phenomenon I will never understand.
