why do you assume the left love Petraeus? That is incredible. We hate the fact we have spent 9 years in a war with no metrics of success. Iraq was Cheney's war. Afghanistan was reactionary to 911. nobody has ever won a war there. its a huge drain on our economy. terrorist cells have moved to pakistan. I don't give a fuck which general is running the show.
