I'm sorry to hear about your hatred of your family - that's the thing that might be the hardest to resolve, but needs to be the first thing you need to look at.
All your other woes are merely a product of your outlook. I say 'merely', but I can appreciate the black depths from which you view them, and how insurmountable they might appear to be.
In reality though, all these things are in your head.
They are a product of your outlook.If you choose to think positive thoughts, they will manifest themselves. Conversely, if you are content to mire yourself in your own problems, you will only sink further into them.
The trouble is, it's so easy to say it like this - I know.
But it's the truth. So, while you decide to try and change - get out there and distract yourself from yourself. Get a bike and ride. Take walks. Go swimming. Realise that most (more than half-witted) people have reservations about their world (unless they're psychotic narcissists, but that's another story) and question it all. It's natural. It's a Good Thing.
But it can overwhelm, and so often - when focused on - easily does.
Just remember - we're like computers in our own stupid way. We have inputs and we have outputs. If the inputs are always dark, why would the output ever be light?
