try claredon but hand trace it and scan it. might work pretty well if its not all perfect.

oh wait claredon is your content font. hand traced for the nav will work well make sure its bold tho.

illustration is nice, I personally would drop the font sizing, it will feel less clunky.

how about a few tweeks?
1. the content text looks awkward caus it's larger than your nav text.
2. also, the content text looks awkward caus it's left justified, but not lining up with the nav.
3. Awesome illustration...but what is he painting? Maybe make the logo a little bigger and have him paint it.Here is a quick mockup with my suggested tweeks:

Not sure about the color scheme. Gives it a kind of retro 70s feel. Maybe that's what you're aiming at but it doesn't get me excited about the company.

lose the big type in the background. make a grid system to follow. more play between the scale of the characters, logo, and nav.

I like the illustration style, why not just hand draw the nav items? There's only five of them... and I think "Work" should be the first nav choice.

collab21.com is finally up.. but i am working of my testing server so here is the newest file... im in AS3 trying to get flash to do what i used to know how to do in AS2...

another problem with the site is that it is the first project that i am FORCING myself into AS3 with... so some things are still looking off form the Illustrator File and im dealing with getting those tweaks today

anyone know how to scroll a text field on the stage with a scrollUp movie clip and a scrollDown clip in the library? Im in AS3 and not to comfortable yet..
as earlier mentioned this is my "never use AS2 again" project. so its going SLOWLY
