I for one am trying to have an intelligent discussion. You grossly misunderstand me, but that's fine. And maybe I am at fault for taking the bait and getting embroiled in debates with staunch atheists and agnostics.
I spend a lot of time talking and answering questions, which range from asinine to thoughtful. So I ask you: what are your hangups with Christianity? What don't you like about it? Is there anything about Christianity that seems appealing? Why or why not? I'm looking for serious answers here.
This isn't me baiting the evangelical hook, I'm honestly curious.

I too am neither kelpie. I dismiss these 'supernatural' concepts altogether without introspection having done a lot of work to get to this point.

That's why I come here – for insight, inspiration and dialogue. I get involved in religious debates because I enjoy talking about this sort of thing, however after the past couple days I'm feeling a bit burnt on trying to answer the honest questions and snide remarks.
I wonder if the more angry members of NT are this way in person.
