isn't 2 countries for 2 people a bit racist?
why not a country with a flag without religious simbols?

Stop living in the past. It is the situation now that needs to be solved. Not 1848, 1925, 1948 or even 1967. Bringing up the past over and over is what prevents an actual solution from emerging. Be just with the people that are alive today, not the idiots that killed each other in the past.

(Sep 27 07, 01:43)lol. You're the one brining up the past bro! Just re-read your long-winded meandring rants... its been entertaining tho, finding about your adventurous grandaddy. ;)

Kuz,
I was only correcting inaccuracies. I don't use history as an argument for who has the right to live where. That's your domain.
As for my grandfather, get someone to translate this:
http://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7…
for you.
- Kuz0
nigguh please...
You were quite clearly using your selective and exaggerated reading of history as an argument.
"Jews bought the land fair and square" "Arabs were jealous cos we turned swamps into farmland" bla bla bla
In fact, that's all you've been doing lol - re-read wot you wrote homeboy. I was merely correcting somethings that stood out as blatantly misleading.
and stop throwing around false accusations. all i've done in any of my comments is presented historical facts to balance some of your extremely one sided reading. I made no judgement of who has a right to live where.
Vitriolic rants are YOUR domain.

"Columbia's president, Lee Bollinger, who in his introduction excoriated the leader by saying he "exhibit[s] all the signs of a petty and cruel dictator.""
WTF , is it not this guys call to have this event or not, and he lets it be then gets in a cheap shot ??
BattleAxe
(Sep 25 07, 09:56)So because he books I'm a dinner jacket to speak then he's not allowed his own opinion? Why aren't you mad at Ahmadinejad for expressing anti-american, anti-gay, and anti-israel comments after being booked to speak in one of our universities? Do you see the parallel? If the guy who asks him to speak can't voice an opposing opinion about the speaker then why should you be okay with the speaker voicing an opinion against the common compass of the people he's speaking to? A bit restrictive no? Hypocritical?

---------------------
no , cause its your opinion that his comments where offensive not mine ...
- tommyo0
So then you're saying that since the President of the University was offended by Ahmadinejads comments, and you weren't...then he should have kept his mouth shut...for you? Or it's just not okay with you that the opinion of the President of the University differs from your opinion? I'm not sure of your point ... but the point that I was making is that everyone should be entitled to their own opinion, and have the power to voice it. It's actually our first amendment ... crazy I know!
You call it a cheap shot...I call it he was nice enough to allow his students the opportunity to listen to a murderous dictator but also wanted the world to know that he does not support the man.
- ethered0
it might have been more suitable for the Dictator to finish, then the president should have put him down. He who laughs last laughs best, anyways...

(Sep 27 07, 13:34)WWII. Japan had diplomats in the United States in negotiations when they attacked Pearl Harbor.
Japan had given a number of medals to Navy Lieutenant Stephen Jurika before the war. Read hear how he gave them back.
- ethered0
It seems like the universities are trying to be the diplomatic force that the government seems like it doesnt want to be.
- mrdobolina0
I think you are correct, ethered.
