BUT, I can't activate thru iTunes because of credit check!!! HAHAHAHA, fuckers! Yeah yeah yeah, I have bad credit, but from like 6 fuckin years ago. So now I have to go to an AT&T store to activate this shit... so mad.
BASTARDS!!! This is an evil plot for AT&T to make more earnings this quarter by making people throw down whatever the fucking deposit may be just to use this fucking phone.

what do you mean you can't activate through iTunes? Don't you have to get an account with cingular/at&t before you can get the phone? which would mean a credit check to sign a contract?

well, they did say that if you think you have bad credit, dont dont do it via itunes
now you can sell it via ebay along with 2000 others or eat up the 10% open box fee from apple

as a phone, its shitty its hard to hear but if you plug in your head set its not bad BUT you really need to put the mouth piece to your mouth

it feels like OSX on the go. pretty cool that way..
the keyboard is a problem. cant do one handed.
i think it will get some used to but its hard
some buttons are just too small and its very reactive.
