I'm sorry, its Yngwie J Malmsteen, the best guitar player ever.
Anyhow the 80's is a decade that I rather suppress deep down. I was born in the 70's, those years made sense.

Now he just kinda sorta plays himself on TV, if you know what I mean.

aw man..Malmsteen was good, and I still like him better than the gadzillion guys who came after him who copied him exactly with the widdly widdly wee!! stuff cause at least Yngwie J. has some personality and actually has a nice tone, but he's a tylistic one trick pony. He's boring after a bit. Too many notes. Among his contemporaries I thought Van Halen, Vivian Campbell, Akira Takasaki (off the top of my head) were far better and more interesting players..
