No Pony... I am not some huge gun advocate. You can wipe them from the surface but they will still survive underneath.
And this comes from someone who has been shot at multiple times and involved in 4 seperate gun related incidents. They suck, but they are not going away.

i was at work, selling lube and dildos when a very dark skinned american, possibly from africa, decided to see if i liked the taste of his shotgun (i didn't mind it)
i gave him the stores money which was like $380 cash & change as well as a bunch of videos and toys to make him forget to ask me for my money (it worked)
i did such a good job of getting him to take shit, his misdemeanor charge was elevated to felony because the total loss exceeded $500
go me!

My city is one of the most segregated in the country. There is a major line of demarcation between what would be considered "ghetto" and what is the rest of the city. I live very near this line. In the summertime, you think it is fireworks, but it isn't.

plausibly i could shoot you and not kill you so it would be wrong that a gun's purpose is killing only. a gun has one purpose, many uses, yet intent and action are still the key factors.

Yeah gun control wont completely eliminate illegal guns, but it significantly curtails it (anecdotely, by EIGHT TIMES)
