Now all I want is Apple to steal a few good features from XP, like cut and paste, more responsible UI (my XP feels faster on my macbook than OSX does), more than a corner to resize windows, and I few more I forgot now.

(Jan 30 07, 18:18)i think Tiger is a bit slower then XP is because it was optimized for the PowerPC platform. once leopard comes out, i think OSX speed will really shine on a MacIntel.
I ran beta Vistas version on my 2 year old pc and it was really slow and clunky. I have worked with the new version for the past day on a coworkers machine, and after about 2 hours, it just felt plain and normal just with a new skin. I feel that I have a more productive workflow in OSX then Vista.

Running OSX(design) and Vista(design, games and everything else), as a general nerd I love and hate them both equally... like everything in this life

In all honesty what is one interface doing the other is not? those should be your concerns.
Though I see them as too similar too complain.
customizable menus, windows to browse & interface with, applications, icons, folders, tasks, notes, calendars, web access, a mouse/monitor; hand/eye interface, search, find, hard drives, cd, dvds, burners, cloners, mov, fla, ai, blah blah blah.
someone give me a solid argument either way. points exist on both sides
I go primarily pc because it's cheap, easy, accessible. i go mac for testing.
good little plastic boxes. stay. good boxes.

Priceless:
"The firm has pointed out that in order for the flaw to be exploited the speech recognition feature would need to be activated and configured and both microphone and speakers would have to be switched on."http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/techn…
It's like saying Vista is only insecure once you TURN IT ON...
