it's used here a lot.
my op is to stay away as wide as you can. even those herbal things can cause massive mental dieseases.

If it helps, recently, at 2:45 AM, I got 13 stitches on my right hand, don't ask how I got the laceration.
When in the ER they asked me to fill out paperwork with that same hand.
I was already drunk and went ballistic. Something along the drunk lines of "HOW IN THEEEEEE FUUUUUUUCK DO YOU EXPECT ME TO FUCKING FILL THIS OUT WITH THIS BLOODIED HAND YOU FUCKS, JESUS CHRIST I THOUGHT HOSPITALS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE FULL OF EDUCATED PEOPLE?"
The security gaurds, from the looks of it ranging in age from 58 to 65, tried to restrain me and I shoved two of them to the side. They gave me a sedative.
An hour later, I settled down and let them sew me. They released me and I walked through a ghetto at ~4:30 AM on my way home. I couldn't call anyone at that time.
God Awful experience.

Sorry to hear about this boys.
But that shit is all bad news. trading in one set of problems for an addiction. Not a great idea.
My Mother and Sister are both on Paxil. They are both fucking basket cases, now they have a fucking doctor's excuse to be difficult.

yoga! i did a lot of yoga when i was feeling down. it helped me give better and clear perspective.
even better since i was surrounded by hot hot chicks doing amazing things with their body.i worked on a Paxil account when i was working at an ad agency. that stuff is really bad. stay away from those meds.

If you can't function and your troubles are compounding I would take some of those drugs. If it's anxiety imploding into depression I would just try a faithful regiment diet, excercise, and yes.. meditation...( I know I sound like flake but it works for me). Good luck Pony, you're not alone in any way shape or form.

i agree with tkmeister, yoga is fo' shizzle. it is much, much more than physical flexibility:
stamina, emotional equanimity, physiological health.i dig it.

it's true. you want some good advice?
get out of the house and exercise.
cardiovascular activity is good for you

tai chi might be a good solution too. it's very calming and soothing.
look into it for sure.
- tkmeister0
yeah, jaylarson!
just doing 15min meditation in mormings helps a lot.
ommmmmmmm
happiness is a state of mind.

Tai Chi is good for anxiety, it basically conects your body's memory of being relaxed and focused to the act of breathing. Pretty smart, and good thrapist would employ the same technique. After a while you can get some of the same benefit just from doing the breathing.
