the funny thing is that america is supposed to be pretty big on separation of church and state and this is the ultimate display of how the two go hand in hand in this nation. it's disgusting.
people will be people. as long as it doesn't hurt ayone, why get so upset over it? there are so many more pertinent issues (an ongoing war, an increasing national debt, a dying social security, lack of a proper healthcare system) that this seems so mundane to be such an issue in an election year.
the issues people pride themselves on talking about are severely distorted.

largely because homosexuals have been treated unfairly for decade. It hasn't been that long where gay people have had the necessary support to be themselves publicly.
I mean traditionally, based on western culture, you are inferior if you are: black, a woman, asian, latino, etc, etc. etc.
It is EXACTLY those traditions that need to be removed.

check history, gays have been prosecuted, stoned and oppressed since the beginning of history.
sexuality has always been part of hot debate.

Hey the way I see it is that christianity is one of the most destructive forces that ever existed on earth. I mean christians talk about 'scripture' and have never even read the actual book. You have read the translated version. How many people do you think adapted that? That is a loose grip brother.
