I really like this guys work, it has a dreamlike quality I really like, even nightmarish, lynchian - roight up my street guvnor innit!

you can get some weird colors and with the right composition it can almost become a mixture of matisse and dali and what not, like these basic IKEA vases

altho i lean more towards the visual side. tis funny it's all boiling up in the pvn right now, i've been thinking a lot lately about moving back to photography more..
jsut do this webdesign crap to earn me some money for equipment and collab with people(writers? poets? etc) in setting up scenes that have contradictory or estrangening elements in them that really put people to think..

yeah I know what you mean, not that I do web stuff much, but a lot of the design in general is merely superficial and under appreciated or for lame clients and doesn't warrant much real consideration. I often feel there is wasted potential in the brain/imagination, well I know there is, but then I am also guilty of being lazy haha, need to sort out the motivation and get busy. I just need to stretch out the time lapse between manias ;)

that last one was awesome, totally reminded me of this wierd illustrated alien stories book I had when I was a kid, damn its one of those fading memories, must remember that book!
