Solana/Encinitas is a great area...I surfed many a day in Encinitas. My Kids took their first surf "road trip" there last summer.

so i just stayed at my uncle's house in Solana Beach a month ago, there was a sign as I drove in their gated community, it said "lots starting in the low $1,000,000's"
You need to make a lotta websites to live there i guess.
