being from the area (alright, norcal) i can say that this is my #1 problem w/ living in cali- the cost of living/entry is so recockulously high, it is sick.
these dudes is wealthy corporate owners and management kld...
oh, and the 'gated community' got me laughing. get ready for a lot that nic, should you go there

We wouldn't be buying anywhere that's for sure! Looks to be, if indeed anything does happen...that it would be a rather short term thing...
