So even though I pay the extortionate license fee I can't watch this when I'm in Oz on hols? stupid policy for a website. great show tho.

don't get me wrong, soda, it was absolutely gorgeous and amazing.
but the first one was breathtaking. pole to pole contained the best footage i've ever seen of anything, anywhere and the story hung together beautifully.
mountains just wasn't *quite* as impressive.

(Mar 13 06, 04:17)Ahh.. that explains everything.
I mean... Pandas AND monkeys!!!!
- fifty500
i didn't smoke any either yesterday. are you going through withdrawal too?

Pandas are fucking hopeless. I mean really. They wouldn't fuck to save themselves, and they are THE most finiky eaters on the planet - not just bamboo, only 1 brand of special panda bamboo will do.
It's a wonder they evolved at all from all that stupidity.

(Mar 13 06, 05:02)poor skt. everyone has him on ignore...
- kezza_20
So amazing.
I thought the bit at the end that showed how they got the footage of the snow leopards, was just beond belief.
Imagine filming somethng that's never been filmed before. What a Buzz.
I dont think any wildlife programme, has ever come close. The cinematography is every bit as good as Lord of the Rings in my opinion.
- 4cY0
ha!! it works!!
be it that i need a faster uk proxy, but it works!
:D
