This is surely a sign of the apocalypse! The thing with this thread is that it is pretty evident that most of you still think in tribalistic ways, which, by default, makes you inherently racist. Even if you don't want to be, when under threat, that is where you would default.

kOna, isn't the point he's trying to make more that N.O. is one in a hundered american cities that can say it's predominantly afro-american in culture and the guy would like to not lose that in the re-build, that Kansas City or Tacson or wherever is a different animal?
