i'm considering using creatine along with my workout program to speed up results.
anyone have any experience with this?

hahaha. when did i become newstoday md?
creatine is ok. didnt really work for me though. my body holds a crap load of water as is, creating pretty much (basically) allows your cells to hold even more water, which gives you the illusion of being bigger. for me it made me puffy.
it will however give you a bit more strength. larger muscles (even filled with water) = stronger muscles. you'll lift a bit more weight and grow a bit faster.
your best bet for speeding up your routine is increase your training intensity and make sure you're eating enough protein, carbs, fat in the proper amounts.

my brother used creatine for a few months and konas right puffy with water is all you get out of it
he had the build there and looked like a meathead, a month aftrer he stopped using it, he looked normal again

and... be sure to check the sugar contents of some creatine. some of the powders are loaded with sugar. not even like 30grams, more like 70grams and up.

I used creatine a few years ago. Gained strength and some muscle fast, then sorta leveled off. Give a shot.

i just helped my cousin drop from 265 to 218. he had a bet with a friend of his who could drop the most weight. (safely).
in 6 months that's what i got him down to.
there is no one easy thing i can tell you.
watch your diet.
workout regularly. (3x week min.)
cardio 30 min 4x week.stay active.
and um.... you likum beers.... keep that to one night a weekend. (if you can)

I heard you turn into a flabby slab of skin when you quit using it.
Apparently the body quits extracting it from natural sources after using the supplement.

I could be wrong becasue I don't work out much but some friends of mine swear that by working out your legs alot will increase your overall mass because it increases your testosterone levels. They recommended lots of squats, leg curls etc... but I'm skinny so probably not the best person to listen too...

I used to use it to give me a booster. Quit that about a year ago. Never did much for me. I take Muscle Milk now. Great stuff!
