i used creatine when i was a quarterback to help me absorb hits better. other than that, i found it pretty useless.

------------------------although "manmountains" is a very clever and beautiful word, i must protest and say that that doesn't happen with the most of a gentleman's geography. I have not gulped such a mount of beer so far, if my example is allowed, although no one ever complained about my medium sized willy.

eat 2-4 pounds of pasta right before bedtime usper. You'll get fatter.

I have no idea exactly what it is, but I got some fat-stripper/protein shake stuff a while ago and started using it, not religiously, but reasonably often, and I've gotta say, I think it helps a fair bit.
I found the length of time i felt sore after a heavy weights session went down a lot, and I did lose weight without changing my diet. Give it a go, but don't bother if you're going to do it half-arsed.

Didn't read any posts but i know this - creatine makes very little difference compared to eating protein or working out harder. If you're a professional, and every second or pound counts, then use it. Otherwise, waste of money

Sorry to change topic, but how'd you manage to do that mattyd? willpower? patch? gum? did you kill anyone in the process of your withdrawals?
I badly want to quit smoking, but i'd hate to ruin all the effort i've gone to in the last few months to lose weight :(
