also raise your feet 6 inches or so on a shoe box or something..

...and you have to do a variety to get more definition on the sides. (obliques).
I've heard that the abs are the only muscle group that you can workout everyday.
I wonder if that's true?

screw perfect and sexy abs!
I got 'the body sculpting bible for abs' hoping to get rid of this cute belly of mine and it's now all dusty along with my old school books.
I realized after a couple of weeks of sit-ups, that i am happier with my beer belly than with great abs.

OK, here I go...
Everyone already has a pretty damn good set of abs. The problem is getting them to show. Now, if you are already lean and are just looking to crank up some defintion to your pre-existing pack, I would thrash those things like crazy about 3 times a week. Work beyond the pain. When they start cramping, do 10 more, and then 10 more after that.
If you're like me, well, it's time to diet. Nobody can see your porsche if it's parked in the garage can they? So start restricting that diet and start doing mad mad cardio.

i did 100 sit ups today. my abs hurt.
what about having sexercise everyday? would that help too?

In all honesty, stop eating carbohydrate and saccarin (sugar) filled foods and drinks. Start working out on a regualr basis. Eat 4 to 5 servings of the right foods per day to boost the speed of your metabolism. Then make sure you are doing some sort of discipline that works your abdominal muscles. Whether that be sit-ups or working that areas with weights. I have the same ordeal, but have managed to keep off the flab and it's starting to show and I'm 33.
