    In all honesty, stop eating carbohydrate and saccarin (sugar) filled foods and drinks. Start working out on a regualr basis. Eat 4 to 5 servings of the right foods per day to boost the speed of your metabolism. Then make sure you are doing some sort of discipline that works your abdominal muscles. Whether that be sit-ups or working that areas with weights. I have the same ordeal, but have managed to keep off the flab and it's starting to show and I'm 33.
