what do other designers have to do with it? i'm really sorry to sound harsh, but there are really no circumstantial excuses for this. there are a million jobs out there and getting patted on the ass by your boss is not something you should let go.
he's probably still doing it because many women before you have felt the same, and he knows it.
i'd walk right into a meeting and in front of everyone, in his face, give notice and tell everyone why.

my co-employees saw this too. as a freelancer .. are the laws any different? not that i want to sue. i love everyone else here.

If your company has a human recources department, contact them immediatly. You should log a complaint and have it put on his record. You never know, he might have done worse to other women who were afraid to speak out. By loging a complaint, you can stop further abuse.

I think we should officially start up the NT BIG BROTHER ASSOCIATION OF THE UNIVERSE...or NTBBAOTU for short.....and we can have uniforms and decoder rings and cool utility belts that fire out nets and ropes and hand lotion (you never know). And then we can all meet up and go down to kick the crap out of this assbag.....and his last words will be..."but I thought you were just designers" and we'll turn around as we walk off into the sunset and say, "but we're also part time ass-kickers." And then everything will be fine.
But, seriously, you can't let this slide. On some level you need to make him aware that it wasn't cool and will not be cool now, in the future, with you or with any other woman.....whether you accomplish this through legal action or through a conversation is up to you but don't let this stand. I'm sick of assholes like this.
