(Dec 20 05, 08:22)Talk to another director or something...
- Jaline0
Admittedly, I wouldn't have done anything right away. I'm not even sure I would have done anything at all. Sad, but true. I would've left eventually though...

You have two options take him to court or not.
- kelpie0
stand up for yourself - please do not pick up the batphone and call your lawyer. Stick up for yourself, pull him up on it and get in his face. only way, If he fires you:
Batphone time.
(if he won't listen to reason on the site thing, well that's life he's an arsehole, they abound in marketing)

a sexual harrassment suit can be a very lucrative thing, especially this time of the year.
:)
touching you is a no no. only kona touches salisae. tell him if he does it again i'm riding my unicycle there and going to shove the pedal up his ass sideways while flossing his teeth with the spokes.
merry christmas.

is he married?
- QBN0
Unacceptable.

It is either acceptable or it isn't. Make up your mind. I don't want to sound harsh but if he's behaved like that and you've not said anything, why would he then think what he's doing is wrong?

i heart QBN
- kelpie0
surely we are taking about 2 entirely different things here? slapping your behind and being a muppet regarding the site?
Has he repeatedly touched you up? (not that it's OK to do it once or anything)

(Dec 20 05, 08:26)are you kidding? that's like saying it's okay to rape a woman based on what she's wearing.

call one of those free legal advice hotlines. I guess on one hand you dont want your friends to lose a contract. But on the other you want to send the guy a message.
I suppose, you could write him a letter demanding a public apology or something.

Talk to his bosses and educate them on where the project should be headed what that creep did. Tell them you don't feel comfortable working in that environment. Escpecially if your judgements are overlooked.
- _salisae_0
funny that i didn't get mad until he questioned my judgement. grrrrrrrrr. i don't know why i blew it off. wasn't sure what to do and if to do at the time.
he's married.
i'm definitely going to speak to him but the designers here want me to potentially work here down the road.
actually at this point i guess i wouldn't want to.
maybe i'll just talk to the senior designer.

(Dec 20 05, 08:31)oooor, hows about telling him (to his face) it's not on to slap you on the arse, when he does it, rather than having some people on NT encourage you to go completely mental with the machiavelian legal revenge after the fact? ?? ffs
- chossy0
I am an old fashioned kind of guy.
- seed0
I didn't realize he was the boss. Just have k0na violate him with a unicycle.
