the marketing guy here smacked me on the ass and said 'nice ass' ... which whatever .. i let it go. but just now he made structural changes to the site i've been working on for the past month without consulting any of the designers. and when i said that is not going to work .. we need to discuss this .. he said 'we're paying for it so we can do it how we want.'

the situation was this .. we were bowling and i won 50 bucks .. i didn't know i'd win this money by bowling well .. and i didn't know it'd be delivered into my back pocket with a smack and a comment. otherwise i'd have stayed home.
my co-employees saw this too. as a freelancer .. are the laws any different? not that i want to sue. i love everyone else here.
i just want him to know it's not cool to treat women like that.
