Well discipler I admire that you have stuck to your guns through it all and I love how these other fellows go out of their way to try and prove you wrong.
It's his belief guys. You'll never change it so why bother?
Bother...hickbother. ..hickbother...hickb other (broken record)
garettwest
(Nov 9 05, 08:18)Are we not doing the same thing, Garett? Hypocrite.

i'll deal with some more, sorry, not time to read your psots discipler
- discipler0
Kuzz, you can spend all day doing google searches and you will find more than enough misinformation regarding peer review and ID proponents. I explained several posts ago, how all this works and you have the clear cut information there on the discovery site which tells you the peer reviewed publication, the content, and the author. It's quite clear, really.

Avoiding the science and taking a character/credential assassination approach.
Sounds like liberal politics, actually.
discipler
(Nov 9 05, 08:24)//Yeah, conservative politics would NEVER resort to character assasination...
- discipler0
I could find plenty of googled obscure half-truths about peer review and darwinist proponents... but who really has the time? It's always better to just read the clear facts from the source. ;)
- pavlovs_dog0
you are boring and stupid
- discipler0
and here's the point where mrdobs siezes the opportunity to push the discussion into familiar territory - politics.

discpler, this website:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entr…
contains 15 MILLION peer-reviewed articles on life sciences. Behe makes several appearances. BUT NOT ONCE ON IRREDUCIBLE COMPLEXITY. Why is that? And also, there's fuck all on Intelligent Design too! And LOADS on evolution,
remember this is the US NATIONAL Library of Medicine. Pretty authoratitive id say

I haven't read anything in this thread, but I get the feeling that just maybe, the pendulum is swinging back to some sanity:
http://www.nytimes.com/2005/11/0…But I'll never trust this country ever again after Bush '04.
- KuzII0
His book was peer reviewed, Kuzz and it goes into great detail about Irreducible Complexity. :) Want to keep going in circles on this?
discipler
(Nov 9 05, 08:22)oh now you're just being obstinate lol - close your ears and go "la la lal la"

discipler
(Nov 9 05, 08:24)not at all discipler, i'm just countering your false innuendos that somehow ID is mainstream science and not just the preserve of a few Christian Scientist determined to push their religous agenda :)
the peer-review really is missing my main man.
- exador10
just out of curiosity...
is discipler a designer?no, i'm not going to get into the whole, is he an "intelligent designer" thing...though that'd be atleast a bit of a laf...(sorry discpler..just thougt it sounded funny)
what i mean is...does he work in design?...
i'm trying to recall ever having seen his call name outside of a religious argument here...
now, on the whole that wouldn't mean much...most of us gather here now to just chat with each other and tell jokes and stuff...but c'mon...i don't talk much design here either, but at the very least i've come here asking for fonts, and chatted about my career in advertising and design..just wondering if he does the same thing most of the rest of us do for a living...
:)
cheers

and again (sigh)... visit the discovery link I posted. Note the publications.
- discipler0
Nonsense kuzz. You're wasting my time. That's all.

discipler
(Nov 9 05, 08:26)yes, but how do you counter something as obvious as this:-
http://www.biolsocwash.org/id_st…
look! it's right there! A journal sayin they fucked up by peer-reviewing Meyer!! cant you see? ;)
- KuzII0
Nonsense kuzz. You're wasting my time. That's all.
discipler
(Nov 9 05, 08:32)lol. good come back!
- discipler0
Somebody's word against somebody else's, Kuzz. Should we get Meyer on the phone? His critcs too?
- ********0
Sticking to what guns mrdobolina?
You don't believe what he does so you've made it your daily NT goal to google search like a mad man articles and discussions against disciplers belief.
I bet you're the guy who also tells little kids Santa and the Easter Bunny don't exist. I know they don't but you're that bastard who just can't live knowing other peole believe in something you don't.
Again. This goes back to you being against everyone and everything that you don't believe in and you won't stop until eveyrone is on your side.
You fear what you don't know so you go out of your way try and disprove it.
Sad.
- discipler0
not about comebacks, kuzz. It's about the facts. Which you, as is your custom, ignore. :)
