this freak-o lady i work with has decalred bankruptcy six or seven times. ...totally abusing the system. fuck that shit.
dont work up credit card debt you cant pay for. simple as that.
gov did raise min payments to like 10 instead of 20 years. all good if you ask me. the extreme personal personal debt in the us is a real threat to long term stability...

Even the skiddest of skid row black dudes tend to have id. all, ALL the old people have id.
Now that i thik about it, only crazy people tend to lack basic identifiaction, and only a small percentage of them...
this whole debate seems overblown.

bankruptcy is kind of a socialist add-on to capitalism when you think about it - everyone deserves a second chance and a 'weight' lifted off them
... and yeah - it's a good thing but should be reformed to stop people using it as a cruch for stupid irresponsibility (meaning you should get 'a' or 'some' get-out-of-jail-free cards - but there perhaps should be a better reviewing system that disallows 'stupidity')

does this effect credit card debt? ...i think hospitals always had dibs in bankruptcy court.
credit cards ahd the uniquine exception that they were just wipped.
