We have 2 dogs though so are looking for a yard.
Not that many places downtown have yards, or so I gather.
Plus we would probably want to live ooutside the city - and sausalito looks really, really nice...

Man, I saw NO GRASS just about anywhere we were in downtown SF - kept wondering where they did their number 2s.
It just seems humiliating to think of picking poop up off concrete.
Ughghghghgh, gross. Can't scoop it, gotta slide it.

One goood thing about Mill Valley is the bus comes through there alot. Driving to the city is way expensive. 5 doller toll, gas. and 150-200 dollars a month parking.
