Again, most of you guys are missing the point. This matter isn't simply a copyright infringement or whatever the case may be (if any), it's the fact that Dischord and Minor Threat started in direct opposition to what Nike represents.
And why is it the people who say "This matter is petty, stop wasting your time on this, who cares?, etc" are the people who seem to spend the most time responding to every thread in this forum.

be that as it may, i actually did read the entire thread, and your posts clearly demonstrate a lack of understanding of the entire point.
I considered summarizing for you, but apparently you cannot comprehend the difference between using a celebrity likeness in a street art campaign and a multibillion dollar corporate giant ripping off a design for a label/band/genre whose entire M.O. is the defiance of everything nike stands for (read: independent record label and distro).
