Again, most of you guys are missing the point. This matter isn't simply a copyright infringement or whatever the case may be (if any), it's the fact that Dischord and Minor Threat started in direct opposition to what Nike represents.
And why is it the people who say "This matter is petty, stop wasting your time on this, who cares?, etc" are the people who seem to spend the most time responding to every thread in this forum.
