3 bedroom garden apt. of brownstone, everything brand new. private backyard garden. full kitchen. $15507 minute path ride to downtown.
can have car.only problem is that a cab ride home late night drunk will cost you. but hey. i love it.

i'm living in Ft. Greene / Clinton Hill and it's really nice. Possible to find okay priced rents (500-700 with roommates). Nice architecture abounds, and the crowd is not as obnoxiously conscious of its own self declared coolness, as is the case in the East Village / LES. I commute by subway, 20minutes to Union Sq (Q).

Working in Westchester really limits you. Do you plan on commuting via public transportation or by car? If by car, I'd seriously consider moving to the Bronx

oh, and commuting to westchestaaaahh, from anywhere but the bronx or harlem will suck. take the beee line to get around. i think thats what it is. white plains isn't bad either.
