Havent read all of these but this one is really cruel but funny.
Start talkin to the person you want to hurt, just general chit chat and tell them that someone in the office (someone they dont know too well) has a sister that is really good at playing the piano and that he/she loves to talk about it. (This person is in on it too).
When the person you want to hurt approaches the guy with the sister the conversation will go like this
Co- worker- 'Hey I hear your sister plays a mean piano"
Other: (silence, then rage, then shock) "YOU FUCKEN BITCH, MY SISTER HAS NO FINGERS!!' (storms off crying.
We did it in school to new kids, many a punch thrown but good fun
