Docklands is cool to live and relax and then work up in the centre and go out there as well. There ain that many design twats in clerkenwell, or maybe I am one!being serious it all depends what you want out of living and working. Id love to live in hampstead.

I don't know what the rent is as I work for a company here, so they the rent. Not particularly cheap I dont think.
I think there is a waiting list, but people come and go quite alot, and theres always people renting desk space and stuff out too,so its probably worth your mate popping in every now and again to see...
Theres also a new development at Shepherds Bush - Shepherds Studios, which looks quite similar (apart from having a main roadrun through the building!)

hmmm, couldn't possibly say!
One of the guys (Cass) is really sound, as for the others I dunno...I tend to go to one of the nice pubs around here rather than cave dwelling any longer...
