I am thinking about moving to London next fall and would like to start narrowing studios in London and good areas to live?
Where are the nice areas to live?
What are the top young firms having fun and shakking things up?
I have never even been there so all the help I can get the better

this has been brought up a ton, the dB might have a lot of info that isn't gonna' be posted here. I like these guys http://www.twelveten.com

Pick up a copy of Creative Review, it's always good, and they have actual job openings in the back, which are almost always slanted towards Ad design.

nice portfolio.
I'd recommend registering with http://www.aquent.com - and pick up creative review for a good list.
There are a lot of great areas in London - depends if you want city or green and leafy - and what your budget is too because London is bloody expensive!
I lived in Hampstead - fucking great area that I sorely miss. Battersea and Camden are fun, Belsize park too - drop me an email and I will give you more info if you want.
cheers.

Thanks so much!
I've never been even to Europs so i really just want to live in London or close where I can get some good food, a decent shirt and have a pint with some young creatives where there are some nice flats close by to crash! : )

People in North London wear thick-rimmed glasses even though they don't need them and tend not to wash as much as they should. Go South.
Start saving too. You'll have to be pretty good and fortunate to have a nice studio flat all to yourself.
I would also try moving near a large park - I find I need the open space.

It's a common fact not to go south of the river... even taxis don't dare there.
