when i say good and bad shape i mean health wise, like you can't say someone is healthy when they are morbidly obese you know? nor is someone healthy when they are morbidly underwieght...

jazX one of my best friends is anorexic, she is NOT healthy. if you are naturally super skinny then that is great, but most people (women) are not.

The only diets I've heard of on Stern are the Master Cleanser which Robin used to detoxify/ lose weight.
Howard only recommends controlling your eating. He gives examples of what he eats.
morning: 2 egg white, a few strawberries
lunch: 4oz chicken
snack: 1 baked potato w/ nothing on it & only if running that day
dinner: fish/ vegetables
Sounds like it would work if you had self control.

Don't talk to me about skinny people, I've been to Sudan and all of Southern Africa. I got plenty of pix of kids who do just fine at their super skinny weight. It's no contest.
