Pick up Men's Health August issue. A section on diet and whatnot, September issue is about excercising.
I'm hitting the breaking point. Too many cookies, bad food, late night dinners, booze.

Mines huge. It's gotten bigger since I've been working fulltime. I gained around 30 lbs in 3 years.
I'm on a computer around 8-12 hours a day.
The main problem is that I drink beer all the time so there's no change of getting in shape unless I stop that.

no. it could totally be done by women. I'm trying to get my GF doing the same diet with me, considering we eat together most nights during the week.
It has recipes, success stories that make their plan look very effective.

what works is being happy with what you eat, it's proven, when you fell that queer resentment about what you ate, it releases a hormone that actually bulks up fat cells.

haha, no swollenelbow. diet is the emphasis of this issue, but there's also an excercise guide.
I don't have a huge one, but it looks a bit like a bell when I have shirts tucked in. Getting self conscious of it. I was at the lake on the 4th in a bathing suit and was just kind of pissed at how I've let it all go.
I try to go biking often during the week, and don't like running.

yeah man...i have no time to do anything at night, work + freelance, but lately i've been getting up early and going to the gym...it feels good actually, at work i'm much more calm and together...
