when i say good and bad shape i mean health wise, like you can't say someone is healthy when they are morbidly obese you know? nor is someone healthy when they are morbidly underwieght...

(jul 8 04, 11:24)that's incorrect, someone can be healthy when they are super skinny, but generally speaking if you are obese, you are very unhealthy and at a much greater risk.
