It's funny how a disagreement with Michael Moore turns into personal attacks against me, and obviously you didn't even take the time to read any of my prior posts and hear how in fact I have read his books and seen his movies.
I've posted countless other links as to how Michale Moore's fact have been incorrect, and spun so by his web of deceit that encompasses all of his literature and media.
The fact is, I have taken the proper steps to ensure that I examine all sides of an issue before I come to my own logical conclusion. The fact that both you resort to childish terms of "asshead" and "bitches" only emphasizes the fact that you obviously have not, and get upset when someone presents you with a different point of view. I love the idea of tolerance purported by all liberals, but only so as long as you share the same views.

Hypothetically, if the portuguese government was responsible for allowing [possible] key players of a tragedy of the same magnitude as 911 to flee the country the day after it had happened, there would be such an uproar, that probably the old XVI century practice of burning the guilty ones in the main plaza would be recovered.

Bullshit. It's not about fucking consensus - is what loudubs said - watching all those documentaries are deconstucting the whole idea. Words such as "factual accounts" don't mean shit. Read the philosophical terms for "truth" and "factual". Read Wittgenstein maybe. Those definitions reveal nothing about the true nature of documentaries. The present themselves and news/factual programmes deliberately to express a perspective. It's clear and implicit. That dictionary definition reveals nothing.

I could say the same for you. Don't shoot the messenger, I'm just trying to show you the other side of Michael Moore. If you choose to ignore it fine. And the Wired articls is about how he pulled those comments from his site and denied making them, and some kids found the google cache and busted him. Keep reading though, the moore lies site does great step-by step exposing and debunking of most of his works to date where facts were misconstrued. Choose wisely, that is all I have to say.

We all lie, and yes, Moore's lies don't kill anyone, but he does make a lot of money and exploit a lot of innocent people, doesn't make him much better than the people he attacks IMO.

Moore takes on the position of the little guys but i cant remember when he actually did something with the money that he makes.
(i could be wrong so correct me if i am).no he does not have to help them but he should when he preachs alot of it.
i see Moore and Bush as a same person. they just dont like to be wrong.

Agreed Dinky, my view of the President has fallen somewhat. I do know that Moore used some of his money to buy a swanky apartment in New York though. It's one thing to point out faults, that's easy. It's another thing to be proactive and actually do something about them. But the path to hell is paved with good intentions...

you know, i used to be poli sci student who wanted to change the world, i was part of demostrations of all kind.
