Im reading posts between doing weights in my room and was wondering who else has time to exercise with the busy lives we all lead?

I really should though, but something always comes up. I even bought this supah-expensive gym card in October, but I've never been there.

I run home from work regularly, about 4miles...play a bit of football, and a bit of squash.

i hit the gym 3 times a week.
mon:
chest + 20 mins on treadmill + 1/2 hour to hour in poolwed:
arms + 20 mins on treadmin + 1/2 hour to hour in poolfri or sat:
shoulders / legs + 15 / 20 on treadmill + 1/2 hour to hour in poolabs just about everyday.
it needs to be done man..if not weights and shit..then cardio for sure. im 24 now and i have a kick ass metabolism but i probably wont in a few years so i figure i should start working out now and try and stay in shape

I usually go swimming at the gym 3 or 4 times a week for about an hour to 2 hours. It keeps me in shape since I stopped playing water polo.

my apartment complex luckily has a nice gym. hit it about 3 times a week for about an hour or so.
very tough to keep that routine though. damn you work, damn you.

I do nothing, I'm above my recommended height to weight ratio, I smoke, drink and eat fatty foods! I am the total oppposite of fit! But I got me a beautiful girlfriend!!! Go figure!

it depends... i skate alot in the summer so i keep trim and fit doing that and a little weight lifting from time to time... during the cold months i hit the gym 3 to 5 times a week... each time i run 4 miles, do about 300 ab crunches.. and lift weights for a little while. sometimes i swim.. all in all each visit i spend about an hour to two hours at the gym.

try to get to the gym four or five times a week.
about one hour is spent on weights. both free weights and resistance. then about thirty minutes is spent on cardio, which is generally the bike.
I come home, eat, then sometimes commense to lifting free weights for maybe another thirty to forty minutes if I have nothing going on.
