i hit the gym 3 times a week.
mon:
chest + 20 mins on treadmill + 1/2 hour to hour in poolwed:
arms + 20 mins on treadmin + 1/2 hour to hour in poolfri or sat:
shoulders / legs + 15 / 20 on treadmill + 1/2 hour to hour in poolabs just about everyday.
it needs to be done man..if not weights and shit..then cardio for sure. im 24 now and i have a kick ass metabolism but i probably wont in a few years so i figure i should start working out now and try and stay in shape
