it depends... i skate alot in the summer so i keep trim and fit doing that and a little weight lifting from time to time... during the cold months i hit the gym 3 to 5 times a week... each time i run 4 miles, do about 300 ab crunches.. and lift weights for a little while. sometimes i swim.. all in all each visit i spend about an hour to two hours at the gym.
