Going to a "Sugar on Snow" party today at the local grange hall. Basically they make a bowl full of snow-cone ice/snow/slush and pour warm maple syrup over it. The syrup gets really tacky, but it's really good

If you want a tattoo of an illustration, do you have to ask the artist's permission before getting it done? Does that depend on the tattoo artist and if they are willing to do something someone else drew?
