Its amazing how peceptions differ between different age groups. When I was working for this little indie label trying to do artwork for a band called The Dykeenies, the label's marketing manager had fought tooth and nail to get the budgets to package the CDs in little cardboard wallets as opposed to horrible CD single cases. She and I both believed that this was the thing to do, that it harked back to the quality of a record sleeve and stodd head and shoulders above a shitty J-card printed on nasty stock and shoved in a bog standard plastic case.
The band went nuts. They had no nostalgia for the days before CDs, these card wallets were to their eyes, a horrible budget nasty thing and not what a proper record label would do for their artist's music at all.
We were utterly flabbergasted. She had put so much work into securing the car sleeves.

i get what you're saying. sort of accusing me of being a hypocrite. but you're taking my personal site out of context. it's just temporary while i rebuild and it states that at the top. 99% of my other work embodies the spirit of interaction with which i was replying on NT. i think it's a pretty low blow for you to post a screen shot and scrutinize my work since I never started a thread posting my portfolio for you to criticize. also, i never claimed that it'd be better if other designers designed the way i do. my posts were only in reaction to the first post and taking my work out of context like you did was just a dick move.

Okay, I've tried to avoid asking this question but I'm going to have to. On this new operating system I'm suddenly on, I just can't seem to edit folder names in the finder. I'm double clicking them and they just wont allow me to edit the names.
I know I'm dumb, but is there some new fucking way of fucking changing the fucking file names now or something?

flav, I have that game, except it never shows up on my iPod. So I'm guessing there is something wrong on my end, or they don't realize that the app doesn't work with the iPod Touch (they list the game as being compatible with it).
